Every season, we host a rustic, intimate dinner party on our sprawling 4 acres of open pasture and oak woodlands, meant to feel like dinner at a good friend's or your favorite trattoria: shared plates at a big table in a warm, cozy setting. Each dinner is inspired by a different still life painting, local in-season produce, and meat raised on ours and neighboring pastures, all anchored to the regional Italian traditions and pantry staples we carry in the shop. The table itself is set with rare and common vintage finds from each seasonal issue, so that after the party, they can go home with you, to live on and bring a little beauty to your own gatherings.

Each product is selected for the traditional method, season, and place it preserves.
