Rustichella D'Abruzzo Spaghetti

We adore the toothiness of this pasta. Once you start using Rustichella, it's hard to go back to the conventional, mass-produced pasta from most grocery stores. It's simply a different food.

The slow drying process gives this pasta a wonderfully toasty, nutty, almost fermented taste, like a slice of toasted sourdough bread. And traditional bronze die extrusion lends a rough texture perfect for holding onto sauces.
